What It Is

The deal will be moved to this stage when the Strategy Call is booked by either the enrollment specialist on the phone, or by a booking link in the welcome email if the call couldn’t be booked right then.

This is the stage where the CS Team will begin working with the client.

What You Do

When you have completed the Strategy Call, you will manually move the deal into the next stage. You can do this by clicking and dragging the deal from the Strategy Call to the Bank Selection Call or HSF Follow Up (Sometimes) stage, or by clicking the Stage dropdown at the top of the deal detail page.
